What is Accent Unmuted?
Accent Unmuted is a live storytelling event series that gives a platform to immigrant voices often left unheard. Through authentic, personal narratives, our speakers share the triumphs, challenges, humor, and humanity of the immigrant experience.
Each event features diverse storytellers who take the stage to share their journeys, from navigating new cultures and languages to building lives in unfamiliar places. These are stories of resilience, identity, belonging, and the beautiful complexity of living between worlds. Think ‘The Moth’ but with accents.
